"The printhead appears to be missing, not detected, or incorrectly installed"

Ho officejet pro 8610
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

on Hp officejet Pro I'm getting "The printhead appears to be missing, not detected, or incorrectly installed." I recently unsubscribed to HP ink refill program. I bought and instllaed new ink cartridges." I tried the reset the printhead instruction 3 times. Still doesn't work. Is it because I unsubscribed?

This is a common problem on the Officejets.

You will need to replace the printer.

Wow. Unbelievable. I see many others have this problem and there are lawsuits against HP. I Bought a Brother printer and will never buy HP again.
