When I try to change most settings including network settings and "restore" I get the message "the setting has been locked by the person who set up the printer." Most settings have a padlock icon next to them. I performed a factory restore through the Embedded Web Server but that didn't fix the issue, all settings were restored to defaults but everything is still locked. Basically I'm completely locked out of my printer.
