According to all of the postings regarding the HP 6830 printer, it is a bad product. How do people get a refund from HP? HP needs to do the RIGHT THING.

Folks who post here typically are here because they have an issue. Very few come to the forums to say things are going fine for them.
Are you having an issue with your Officejet 6830? Please read this post then provide some details. What operating system? Are there any error messages on the printer or computer screen? What is the issue you are having?
