Product: Hp 3050a Deskjet j611
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a 3050A j611 from UK, now i have moved to India. I called up the tech support they say i have to have the old 301 cartridge as well to do a region reset

and I don't have an access to one. if you could help me with region change with-out the 301 cartridge that would be great, otherwise I'll have to throw out the printer which is absolute waste since its rarely used. I have the two new cartridges for India 802

Do not worry, we'll sort this out for you.

 

Make sure you have plain white, letter-size paper loaded in the input tray.

Press and hold the Power button and the Cancel button for 10 seconds. The extended self-test report prints.

 

Please get back to us with the picture of the report.
