My printer doesn't work anymore, it says that my color cartridge is wrong or empty.
I bought a new cartridge from HP (Last one was also the correct cartridge) but the problem stays.
Scan and doctor gives the same fault over and over again, a new cartridge doesn't work.
The printer can't work with just the black cartridge but 3 color cartridges give the same problem.

Could you please help me with the exact model name or the product number of the printer.
Did you try with a different cartridge?
