Hi,

I don't have a problem.  Just a question.

 

Why am I returning the empty instant ink cartridges, through the Post, when they empty?  I have a recycling depot here in town.  It doesn't cost any money to drop them off and they apparently get something towards their charity.

Just wondering if it is part of the agreement so I have to send them back or if I have a choice as to where to recycle them.

Hi,

HP Instant Ink Cartridges are the property of HP and must be retuned to HP for Recycling using a postage-pade recycling envelopes. If you do not have a postage-paid recycling envelope or you want to order additional recycling envelopes free of charge, go to your HP Instant Ink account page.
