I've done all the uninstall, reinstall, downloaded new software multiple times, set all the defaults and reset. Created a new network folder "scan to computer" folder with proper settings. Works for a day than simply STOPS! HP is really slipping! Too many people are having the same problem. When will HP address this once and for all! This new $450 printer is going back! I've been buying exclusively HP for 25 years. I'm looking for a NEW more reliable brand now!

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
