How can I get the best settings for detail resolution when scanning, enlarging, printing a photo on the HP 7640?

@bobbymike, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Make sure you have the HP printer assistant/Full featured driver installed on your PC.

You may download it from here if not installed already. Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and follow the on-screen instructions.

 

Watch this video to know how to Scan in high resolution which is similar/applies to HP Envy 7640

Note: This video on YouTube is not from HP and is from a third party channel.
