screen frame Issue - Poor manufacturing

Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-cx0020nr
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought new laptop HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-cx00220nr model in august 2019 . I noticed that the plastic frame from the sceen is being seperated due to poor adherense. Is there any way to solve this issue before it becomes bad? Does HP offers warranty for this problem? Because its completely fault from Hp manufacturing.
