Hello

i bought a brand new hp deskjet 2620 printer and it has been working fine, but when the cartridges that came with it was empty i went to buy new cartridges to replace the ones that came with the printer but unfortunately it is not working, it is asking me for setup cartridges for printer initiation, i have tried every solution i could find on the forum even resetting, but it didn't work. please help me as the printer is not even up to three month old.
