HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Turned off printer.

Disconnected. 

Waited over 2 mins.

Startup.

Still the same error message.

Repeated above numerous took.

 

Took out printer ink system. Cleaned. Checked rear contacts/cleaned contacts and springs. No change.

Tried old cartridges then said one out of ink. Replaced. Recognized.

Message Aligning Printer.

Same error?

Try updating the Printer Firmware and check if it helps. Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168  

 

If the issue persists please contact HP Support for Service Options   Click on this link - http://www.hp.com/contacthp/ and select your Country to get the Contact details for HP Support
