there is a problem with the printer or ink system

hp office jet pro
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i bought two cartridges of black ink from Walmart because the printer was out of ink put the new ink in printer now i'm getting a message saying there is a problem with the printer or the ink system tried with the second ink cartage same thing
