Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Having removed cartridges to replace with new one's HP cartridges find that difficult inserting them into slots ,followed instrutions still will not slide in and lock in position.

Please try these steps - HP DeskJet 2600 Printers - Replacing Ink Cartridges

 

If the issue still persists, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
