how do I change the SSID name on my printer??? HP support was not help at all

  • For example:  Printers and All-in-Ones > Networking and Wireless

Network parameters can be changed using the Printer Control Panel (for those printers that have a printer control panel). 

How to check / verify / change the Wireless setup:

In general, the following is relevant for printers that are on your network:

Use the Embedded Web Server (EWS) to manage / configure your printer.

Open your favorite browser > type / enter Printer IP address into URL / Address bar

For example:

tab Network > Wireless (802.11) > Advanced
