8710 OfficeJet pro 8 months old won't print or even scan due to error message, HP refuses to honor warranty on refillable ink cartridges, error message; This printer is not desigened to use continuos ink systems. To resume printing  remove continuos ink systems and install HP (or compatable) cartridges. I'm using a HP cartridge that has been refilled, its not continuos, for 3 days I have been on the phone and HP said even though it is an authentic cartridge they will not honor warranty, its my problem. Where in warranty does it say I can't use refillable cartridges..[edit]

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
