we have cleaned the printheads several times, it started working yesterday now not

macOS 10.14 Mojave

The printer was not recognizing printhead. We cleaned several times. It finally worked. Now back to not regognizing printhead

If you have already performed the steps from the document Error Indicates Faulty Printhead and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
