Operating System: macOS 10.12 Sierra

when i print a black text the paper is blank , all other colors prints veryy well , cartlidge is full and new , paper are loaded , and i uninstall and install the printer 

any solution ?

May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

 

 Are you able to make copies in black?

Let's check the cartridges first, Are you able to make a copy in black?

 

Try the steps in the document -Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues
