I understand that you are unable to print in color.
Do not worry. I will try to fix the issue.
Please let us know are you able to make the photocopy in color.
Press and hold the Cancel button for 3 seconds. Printer Status Report prints.
Can you see Cyan, Magenta and Yellow colors printed on this page or not?
Please clarify the following to better understand if this is a hardware problem or might be a software problem.
Please try following HP Easy Start below to ensure the latest Essential Software is installed and then check if you may see any difference:
