Says it is unable to communicate with the selected device! I trie unplugging both ends, I have it plugged directly into the wall as recommended. HELP!

I understand you have issues printing from your computer to the printer. To provide you with an accurate solution, I'd like to know the following-
- How is the printer connected to the computer?
- Is there any antivirus/security software installed on the computer?
- Are you able to make photocopies on the printer?
