To assist better please get back to us with the below information-

 

Is your printer connected to a home network or public network?

What is the status of the wireless light on the printer, steady or blinking?
What is the ink level on the ink cartridges?

Are you able to make copies using the printer?

What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or devices?
