Anyone know why my Envy 5530 prints GREEN as BLUE pls ?

It's cartridge for sure, no yellow = no green.

To print green printer mix blue and yellow, if you are missing yellow then your green will be blue.

Can you print something yellow?

Hi, thanks for your help..tried to print YELLOW pic but it comes out WHITE..maybe a faulty NEW and genuine HP cartridge you think ??????????
