Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My  6950 came with standard set up inks which produced accurate colour reproduction.

I have now installed a complete set of replacement HP inks but the yellow colours in  pictures have an orange bias. The other colours are not as sharp as the originals.

I am printing on a good quality 80g paper

I have done a third level clean - no change.

The printer status report shows 3 perfectly sharp  colours and black.

Please try these steps - HP OfficeJet 6900 Printers - Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues

 

If the issue still persists, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding this.

Sorry that it has taken such a long time to reply.Been away.

Have followed as many suggestions as possible within a limited understanding

Everything seems to print well, pictures are reasonably sharp, but they all have the same problem. There is a bias throughout  toward an orange tone.

I cannot find any way to alter the amount of ink supplied by any one colour

I am using  HP colours and HP papers as have used other quality sheets - no change in results.
