Error Printing

HP 1115 Deskjet Ink Advantage Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i purchased my HP 1115 printer in UAE.. the free ink cartridge that comes along with it (HP652) was finished. Since the said particular cartridge is not available in our country i bought the compatible one instead (HP680) but the printer is showing error in printing. I already did some troubleshooting but its not working. Can someone help me to fix this?

 A Region reset must be performed, if the printer is being used in different  region that it was purchased from.

 

I have sent you a private message with the reset steps, specific to your printer. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
