Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm trying to create an email alert that sends detailed information from printers when supply level gets low. How to get information what supply it was that generated the alert (eg. black, magenta, yellow) and also show levels of all supplies in printer.

 

This is what I have configured in web jet admin

And this is what alert email looks. There is also no attachments in email that it sends. Now I need to go directly to printer or in jet admin gui to check what supply is low.
