Hello.  I am currently running HP Web JetAdmin 10.4 SR4 and wated to update to SR6.    I run the install without errors but upon the first launching of the jetAdmin it gets stuck at "Waiting for service to start"  It will sit there indefinitely.  As this is a VM server i had a snapshot from before the install process so reverted back to my working SR4 version.  I attempted a few more times and each time i get the same situation.  The HP services appear to be running so not sure what the issue is.  Any suggestions to troubleshoot?  I am not suing a separate database and when doing initial install i cant recall doing any special setup/seting for anything other than choosing my preferred target directory.

Thank you
