we've installed the named software on Windows Server 2016 in Version 10.4.106526 (10.4 SR6) with FP11. We've scanned all our HP Printers. One device (HP LaserJet P3010) is manageable. But the other devices, for example HP LaserJet 400 (M401dne), are'nt manageable. All devices show the failure "Communication Error: HPWSProAdapter Service isn't started".
In the list of manageable devices with HP Web Jetadmin software is the named LaserJet 400 specified. The Printer has the last Firmware version installed.
The Windows Service "HPWSProAdapter" is definitive started. There are no failures listed in the Windows Event Log.
We've processed some article von HP for this problem. There was no solution for our problem.
Has somebody an idea to solve the problem?

this article solved the Problem:
- Uninstall WJA
- Install HPWSProxyService:
- Download HP_Web_Jetadmin_Proxy_Agents_SW_J6052-10587 (or latest version) from HP Support Site
- Install HPWSProxyService
- Install HP_Web_Jetadmin_10.4_SR6_with_FP11_64_bit_SW_J6052-10590 (or latest version) from HP Support Site
The order is mandatory.
We began with the Version HP_Web_Jetadmin_10.4SR3_64_bit_SW_build_10.4.103287_J6052-10579_signed and updated to the last Version.
Everthing works fine, now.
