Hello:

 

I recently upgraded our Webjet Admin install to version 10.4 in order to support some newer printers. In that process, I experimented with using the web access for the smart client, as we had not been using it previously, just logging in directly to the server and running the client from localhost.

 

When running the client using web access, ie by typing the address of the server into internet explorer on another machine, it works fine, but it will time out after aproximately 2 minutes of inactivity with the attached error message.IMG_20170920_150256.jpg

 

The client connecting to localhost does not experience this issue.
