Operating System: macOS 10.12 Sierra

I would like to know where I can find the catalogue of options for the different choces for music scores. Is there a PDF guide somewhere? The options to choose from, by numbers, is not at all intuitive.

 

I have tried with the puzzle games too, and I cant tell if those are random or standard
