How can I cancel a print job on my Direct -11-HP ENVY 7640 all in one printer? Every time I cancel the job, as soon as I turn on printer it starts printing the cancelled job again. This is very frustrating.

Try / Consider:

Restart print services and clear the print folder

  • Control Panel > icon view > Administrative Tools > Services > Stop Print Spooler Service
  • Remove files from C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS
  • Start Print Spooler Service
