How to print an email ?  

right clicking on email results in a COPY icon but then it will not view in Word ap.....?

What is the exact model for your printer?

What is the operating system you are using?

Meanwhile, you print emails the same way you print other documents. If you are using an email client then the options may differ based on the email client.

For example: If you are using Outlook then you need to click on file and then select print to print that email.
