NEW CARTRIDGE NOT BEING ACCEPTED

I installed new original Hp cartridge but the printer is not accepting the cartridge. Its very annoying. The Hp system and the software is a fraud. There are no options for this and I have wasted too much money on this. I bought this printer for work and it seems like Hp is taking an advantage of that. I tried calling customer service and waited for some one to answer but nobody did. If you guys have the same problem throw the printer in the garbage to save your bank account.

I understand you are not able to print due to a defective ink cartridge.

  • Which ink cartridge is defective?
  • Do you have any blinking lights on the printer?

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve issues related to the ink cartridges.

 

If the issue persists and if the ink cartridge is under warranty, HP will replace it for you. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options.

Due to the current global COVID-19 situation, we're seeing an influx of customers coming in for support. This may be the reason why you were on a long hold. We appreciate your patience.
