@Fede94, Welcome to HP Support Community!

  • Is there any error message on the printer?
  • Are you using the HP ePrint email address to print?
  • Did you make any changes to the printer recently?
  • Is the printer connected to the network, i.e., is the wireless light blinking or solid?

Thank you for your answer. No message on my printer. The printer is on line. I use the Gmail to send email to hpeprint. I don't modified the printer's settings

Update the printer firmware

Download available firmware updates from the HP website

With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates.
