Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6968 All-in-OnePrinter
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printer had been working, now when send document from Word /Excel to be printed, document is not in queue and never prints. ? Have Print Smart and downloaded today 2-26-20 the Support assistant, but now can't access that.  What am I doing wrong. Computer is Dell laptop. Thanks in advance.  Frustrated- been trying to resolve for past week. Misi21

Hi @Misi21 ,

 

1.  Right-click the Word program in the Start Menu and pick Run as Administrator from the context menu

 

 

2.  Then open the document to be printed and send to print.

 

* Click on KUDOS thumbs up to say thanks  

* Click on the button Accepted Solution if the question is answered.
