Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Deskjet 3546 printer stopped working and is showing ERROR CODE 0XB8990510  on the printer display. I've already unplugged and replugged it several times but it comes back on with the same message; no buttons work anymore. Can anybody help me, please?

My HP Deskjet 3546 printer stopped working and is showing ERROR CODE 0XB8990510  on the printer display. The error occurred after acceptation an update from the printer and now nothing is working only the error display.

How we can solve this problem, thank you!

This usually happens after a failed firmware upgrade (for example, wifi conection loss while downloading update). Try unplugging your printer and plug it back while pressing Back button on front panel, that should undo the upgrade, printer will reset and show the HP Logo and after a warning message it should be ready to print
