HP Officejet 100 Mobile Printer Series - Resetting Your Mobile Printer
This document contains steps for performing a power reset on your mobile printing product.
A power reset drains the power from the product, and then it returns the product to the same settings after the product restarts.
Resetting the printer
Follow these steps to perform a power reset.
Press the Power button () to turn off the product, if it is not already off.
NOTE: The product might not turn off after you press the Power button. Continue to the next step regardless.
Remove the battery from the product, if it is installed.
Disconnect the power cord from the rear of the product, if it is connected.
Unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet, if it is plugged in.
Wait at least 30 seconds.

Install the battery, if you want to use it.
Plug the power cord back into the electrical outlet, and then reconnect it to the product, if you don't want to use the battery.
Press the Power button () to turn on the product.

To reset Bluetooth PIN, do the following:
1. Press and hold down (Power button).
2. While holding down (Power button), press (Cancel button) 4 times, then press (Resume button) 6 times.
3. Release (Power button).
