Microsoft Windows Server 2016

Hi Everyone

 

I have installed HP Web JetAdmin software in Server 2016 system. I'm connection http://localhost:8080 on web browser, after I'm clicked to "Start HP Web JetAdmin" button. opend pop-up error screen is coming up.

The following prerequisites are required:  

  • Microsoft Windows Internet Explorer 8 or above
  • .NET Framework 4.5: Missing
  • Microsoft SQL Server: Running

I installed .NET Framework 4.5  on Server 2016. but 

 

How to work Web JetAdmin system? Can yu help me this about issue?

To confirm, you installed Dot.net 4.5 before you installed Webjet? Have you confirmed that 4.5 installed and is running?

Try to stop the related services to WJA and try.
