I'm attempting to utilize Web JetAdmin's templates to push 'Quick Sets' for 'Scan to Network Folder' settings to our applicable HP devices (testing with M4555).  Currently, all devices in our organization are set manually and we need to methodically change the password on the service account that these settings are using.

I've finally managed to get a new Quick Set to install through the template application process on the test device, but even then (and in the prior attempts when it wasn't showing up on the device) it shows an Error with the result of 'Invalid data.'  Is there another place to look for more detailed error information (text file log, etc.)?

Secondly, we have many scan-enabled devices sending to the same file server share, so we use the device name as the subfolder in which each device puts their scans.  There are some variables available in the network folder specification (username, datetime, etc.), but not system name (like %SYSTEM_NAME%).  Is this available or a list of other variables that the application supports besides the ones in the drop-down menus?

Appreciate any assist.

Update: I was able to find a couple of undocumented variables so far through trial and error:

%IP_ADDRESS%

and

%HOSTNAME%

Unfortunately, that last one provides the FQDN of the device and not just the system name.
