Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

help the printer that im using cannot detect hp 680 ink cartridge color and black it is hp deskjet in advantage 3777 aio.

i search online and the bundled ink is hp 652 and 304. i checked ink regional compatibility it says 680 for asia pacific and the printer is made in china. i also searched online for hp ink 680, is  there other kinds of 680 ink?

Did the printer came with HP 680 ink cartridges?

Did you by any chance purchased your printer from one country/region and then moved to another country/region?

What's the exact error, is it Incompatible Cartridges?
