HP Recommended
All HP LaserJet 4xxx and up
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Error: 0x000005b3 Windows Cannot Connect to printer.

Platform: Windows 7 SP1

Print Server:Win 2008 R2

Affects all HP LaserJet 4xxx and later

Frustrating issue when installing any of our Network HP Printers for a certain user, all other brands of printers install okay, and local HP printers install with no issue.

I've delete .tmp files from System32, and window\system32\spool\PRINTERS\ (After stopping spooler service)

Reset Spooler service to defaults

(Ran both versions of MS FixIT, KB2793718)

This is only affecting one user so far, no other issues installing printers from this server.

This only affects HP networked printers, Ricoh, Cannon, Brother, ect... all install fine.
