Product: 1518ni Color Laserjet
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Windows 10 64-bit Prints only grey scale.  In Printer Properties, General, Features says Color: No  Already uninstalled and re-downloaded installed drivers.  Ran Print/Scab Doctor.  No problem found.  Connected via USB.  Help! TIA!

Solution failed.  When I tried to change installed options to update I got a communication error.  Then tried changing install from auto to color and it still didn't take the change.  Is there a number at HP I can call for pay per issue support?

Still got error message when trying to change auto config from off to update, but was able to change device type from autodetect to color.  General tab still says Features Color: NO, but it is printing in color.  So all is well for now. Thanks!
