2600n Issue

2600n

When I am printing out a document, the greyed in sections which are often found on forms, completely print in dark black. If the form has colored areas, those are printed over in black ink. Any ideas what needs to be done?

You'd better post a picture here to know whats really happen.

Most of the time it's a bad black toner cartridge needed to be replaced.

Although the black toner still had life in it, I replaced it with a new toner and I no longer have the issue. Thank you!!
