Hi,

I believe this is the place where I can find an answer. Today, during printing, one part broke apart. I believe this is a shaft or roller used to drive the paper out of the printer. Would anyone be so kind as to provide me with the number of this part? Is it necessary to send a printer to the skilled technician or it can be done by myself? Are there any adjustments needed after replacing this part? Or is it just ”plug and print”?

I believe in you guys and hope you can help me.

Keep safe and well,

Michalina

The exit roller assembly is not listed by itself in the parts manual so it may be part of the top cover or it may be part of the fuser assembly. I have no way to confirm without consulting HP tech support. You could go to HP Parts Store website and see if they can tell you.

If you find the information provided useful or solves your problems, help other users find the solution easier by giving kudos and marking my post as an accepted solution.

I looked at the service manual again and there is no part number for that part. They are called the delivery roller.
