Hello
We have a HP M775 MFP in use.
That makes the error 41.07.14 Error

I can not find anything.

Is it a scanner error?

It is a media transport error from Tray 4.

But what is it?
Pick-up Roller or is there still a sensor?

On older model hp printers the error 41.07 usually ment unexpected paper size and was usually caused by a pickup roller that was not secured so the paper would feed but it would be late so sensor registered the paper as the wrong size. Not sure if that helps but that was my experience on older models like the 4000 series. Since it indicates tray 4 as the problem I would swap ALL rollers from one of the other trays and also swap the physical tray and see if you still get the error from tray 4 or it moves to the tray that you swapped the tray and rollers.

Yes it was exactly this problem
The pick-up roller  I replaced and the paper separation exactly on A4 set.
Now everything is running again! thank you
