HP LASERJET MANAGED FLOW MFP E62665H
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

49.38.07 error in HP LASERJET MANAGED FLOW MFP E62665H .  Also done update the latest version firmware (E62655_65_75_fs4.8.0.1_fw_2408071_000197 ) from pre boot menu. But still we facing same error. 

 

Please help

From the preboot menu, format the harddrive and install the latest firmware. This is the first step to ensure that you have a clean OS installed on the printer. In some cases if there is corruption, it will be carried over when the update is done. As well, does the machine 49 when it is stand alone and not attached to any network or USB? If not then you may have a bad driver or wrong driver trying to print to the printer. We have had isolated cases where a bad modem would cause the error as well, so you could try removing the modem if you have one installed.
