the below error i am receiving, when i am giving eprint 

 Recipient email server rejected the message.

If you sent this message to multiple addresses, you'll receive a notification like this for every one that didn't arrive.

Are you using the eprint function that allows you to limit who can send jobs to the printer? The error suggests that the sending address is not allowed to send email or you are sending to an invalid address. It is also possible that the file type you are attaching is unsupported so the job is rejected. 

If you search these forums there are other discussions about this error and some suggestions are that this may be linked to the configuration of your mail server that you are sending the emails from. Some users have had issues with SPF records.

I would try sending a job from a different mail source that uses a different mail server such as Gmail or Outlook.com  to see if that results in mail going out.

Hi,

I can send prints from gmail, but when I send mails through private office365 email then the HP server is rejecting with mimecast message. I have attached office word document to print.

I have gone through the discussion forums. I did not find the answers

I followed the steps from HP website https://support.hp.com/za-en/document/c03721293

I can print from gmail.
