5201 file labels

5201 Avery file lables, 7 labels per page. 1st page prints correctly then the next 20+ pages have extra printing on end of page, as if it is 8th label. I have the printer and the document set for 4x6 paper and all of the margins are correct.

How do I fix this?

HP laser jet, MSWord on a windows computer.

so the label sheets are 4x6? Which laserjet printer do you have? It sounds like a size mismatch that is just enough that it shifts one line of each successive page. Are all the pages the same off spacing or does it slowly move down the page as you print more?

Looked at a package, it says to use the template for the 5202 label.

It is consistent, and it would be perfect if the page had 8 labels.

I am not sure which model printer, its my work one. I did set the page type on the printer and in the document settings.

I even manually set page breaks but that didn't work.

You are right! Using the 5202 template fixed it. Thanks!
