Getting error code 59.C0.  I've done everything from restarting the printer, to uninstalling drivers to plunging device into wall socket.  Nothing works.  Can someone please help! Thanks!

This is a developer motor error. If your printer is plugged into any type of power bar or surge protector, unplug it and connect directly to the wall and restart. If the error still occurs it will require service.

Yeah it's plugged directly into a wall outlet.  I just pulled this printer out of the box, its brand new!  Is this normal with HP printers?
