Accessory Output Bin Install

I received a ticket from a user stating "Having issues using the stapler feature." Another tech researched the "issues" and found that an accessory output bin needs to be installed, but they are not sure which one to install. I've looked around on the forums, but cannot find anything specific regarding which accessory output bin to install.

I would try with 500 Sheet stapler/stacker first

500 Sheet stapler/stacker Q2443A it would be my 2nd choice. (Q2443A is for HP Laserjet 4200/4250-4300/4350 series).

Hi I would like to assist to the best of my ability to solve your problem.I hope the information i supply will be of help.Just for information some technical information is protected by HP and is not allowed to be answered.This is unfortunate and you will have to contact a HP repair shop for the help in this case.i'm not sure but i think this is the part you are referring too.
