Product: LaserJet Pro MFP M125nw

Hi,

 

I lost the admin password for my printer and I cannot reset it. I tried the solutions found on this forum (power off, remove cord etc) but nothing worked. Could any of you give me some other tips on how to reset this password?

Hey,

 

I've found how to do a NVRAM reset and the problem was fixed. 🙂 I don't know if I can post how to do it here, so if you need some info on this, just PM me.
