Access to printer wireless network settings are "locked" by administrator. I'm the administrator (this is a home printer) but don't know how to let the printer know I am the administrator to change the settings.

Hi @trybedo,
I see that you are experiencing issues accessing the Wireless Network Settings on your HP Officejet 6700 Premium e-All-in-One Printer. I will certainly do my best to help you.
I believe performing a Semi-Full Reset will resolve this.
I can send you that information in a private message.
In the forum beside your handle name just click on the envelope to view it.
If you have any further concerns, please feel free to contact me. Thank You.
